NiBUCAA was established as a voice and coordinator of the private sector response under the multi-sectoral response to HIV and AIDS led by the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA).

NiBUCAA Membership is an industry-wide collaboration between companies from across the globe.
Members include manufacturers, marketers, suppliers of materials and components, and testing labs.
