BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT)

The Board of Trustees is the first-tier and highest level of governance structure of the Nigerian Business Coalition Against AIDS (NiBUCAA); co-Chaired by Managing Directors/CEOs’ of Access Bank Plc and Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited respectively. Other members include Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of member companies namely; Dangote Industries Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, MTN Nigeria Communications Limited, Shell Petroleum Development Company and British America Tobacco. The Board of Trustee meets on a quarterly basis. The position of the co-Chair is rotational among the members of the Board.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Nigerian Business Coalition Against AIDS (NiBUCAA) secretariat is coordinated by an Executive Committee which is the second tier of governance of the Coalition. This Committee is made up of representatives from member Companies of the Coalition and is currently chaired by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Other members include Chevron Nigeria Limited, Hygeia Group, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc and Nigerian Breweries Plc. The committee overseas activities of the coalition and meet on quarterly basis to discuss, review activities of the Coalition and take decisions on issues as it affects the coalition.
